Walter works at a nursing home, and his hobbies are fishing and working with his hands. He was diagnosed with Diabetes at 18 years old, and since then has been fighting to manage his condition. He first came to VIM last year – just before the pandemic struck. He couldn’t afford his medication because he did not have insurance; his neighbor recommended the clinic. First, he just wanted help with the cost of his drugs, but according to him, the attention and care he received at VIM exceeded his expectations. “The doctors and staff have been such a blessing to me and I am so grateful!” That’s your doing!
